Payments

At Indentnow we try to make the process of purchase as easy as possible for our customers.

  1. 1Pay Online:

    If you have a credit / debit card then choose to pay online. Your card and transactions details are completely safe and are secured with the highest level of security provided through SSL Certificates and our payment gateway partners. Since the payment is made online the order is taken into processing immediately.

  2. 2Pay thru NEFT/RTGS:

    We understand that businesses need to make payments only after receiving Proforma Invoice (PI). Place the order online by choosing “NEFT / RTGS’ option then your order will get placed with us and you will also receive an Order No. An e-mail containing the PI will be e-mailed to you on your registered e-mail address.

    While you are transferring payment to us through NEFT / RTGS please make sure to mention the Order No or the Proforma Invoice No. This will help us to track your order and process for dispatch.

    *Please note that the orders only get placed when you choose to pay by ‘NEFT / RTGS’ option. Orders are not processed till the time we have not realized your payment in our bank account. If we do not receive the payment within 7 days of placing order then the order will be considered cancelled. If you would still like to purchase the product then you must place a fresh order.

    The delivery time should also be calculated from the date of realization of payment in our bank account.

  3. 3Pay by Cheque/Money Order:

    We understand that businesses need to make payments only after receiving Proforma Invoice (PI). Place the order online by choosing ‘Cheque / Money Order’ option then your order will get placed with us and you will also receive an Order No. An e-mail containing the PI will be e-mailed to you on your registered e-mail address.

    Please prepare an AT PAR cheque in favour of INDENT ONLINE SUPPLIES PVT LTD while you make payment to us through Cheque and send it to our registered address. Please make sure to mention the Order No or the Proforma Invoice No at the back of the cheque. This will help us to track your order and process for dispatch.

    You can also update the cheque number in the ‘my orders’ section of your account.

Cancellation of Order

  1. Request for cancellations of orders will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been readied for dispatch or have been dispatched. You can call us on 022-7185 5080 or write to us at support@indentnow.com for cancellation requests as well.
  2. If an order has been placed using credit/debit/American express or diners card then cancellation of order can be done within 48 hours without penalty, except the 4% Bank Charges
  3. In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been processed and/or shipped by us, the order cannot be canceled. IndentNow has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by IndentNow and accept IndentNow decision regarding the cancellation.
  4. The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Indentnow. Any order placed for a Product that is listed at an incorrect price or is out of stock may be cancelled. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied. In the event the payment has been processed, the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you by email.
  5. We may cancel an order if the delivery area is not within the serviceable pin-codes of our logistic partners or the delivery location is very far off/remote. If the order has been paid for, in this case, we shall provide 100% refund
  6. An order cannot be cancelled In the event that a non-delivery or delayed delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be charged from the User which shall be payable simultaneously upon the delivery of the Product or at such time as may be directed by Indentnow to you.

Shipping and Tracking

IndentNow orders have different timelines for shipping.  Most products are shipped within 4 business days.   This information is displayed prominently on the product page to help you make your purchase.  Please note that we promise dispatch timelines and have no control over delivery timelines.  Different shippers take different times to reach different locations and hence, we do not promise that a product will reach you by a specific date.  That said, we do track shipments to make sure they are not unnecessarily delayed and will continue to follow up with shipping companies until the product reaches you. 

We use reputed courier / logistic companies to deliver your products. A e-mail containing the tracking details of the shipment will be e-mailed to you once your order has been shipped. You will have to track the shipment on the website of the respective courier / logistic partners. We do not take any responsibility incase the tracking links are not working or the status of the shipment is not updated. In any such case kindly write to us and we shall contact the courier / logistic company and pass on the information to you. Please also read the terms and conditions of those websites.

 IndentNow is not responsible for items lost in shipping. However, all packages are insured; if your item is lost please report it to us.If the items are damaged, please hold onto the item, with the original packaging, and please report it to us within 72 hours of receiving the damaged items at 022-7185 5080 or mail us at support@Indentnow.com. We will contact Courier Company on your behalf and file an insurance claim. Once courier company has approved and paid the claim to Indentnow, we will forward the applicable amount to you (note: original insurance cost is not refundable).

We will accept the request only once we have checked and determined the same. We will not be able to process your request of damaged items if :

  • You have not reported the receipt of the damaged items within 72 hours of receiving them.
  • Item have been used or opened and / or the original packaging has been tampered with.
  • You have not reaturned the original packaging of the product alongwith it.
  • The item is not returned to us in the condition it was received by you
  • The item received by us in a damaged condition
  • The item has been sourced from outside India.

Incase you choose to pay by ‘NEFT / RTGS’ or ‘Cheque / Money order’ then the dispatch time is calculated from the date of payment realization in our account. Kindly allow for 2-3 working days (excluding bank holidays) for payment realization in our account.

Insome cases we may have to partially ship your order. This does not mean we will not ship the rest of the order. The rest of the order will be shipped as soon as possible. You will be given updates by mail regarding your shipment status of the order.

During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays. The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses.  Rural/ Remote addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.

Indentnow shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased Products in the event of any force majeure event including flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of Indentnow.

Managing your Account

Returns & Refunds

  1. Return, refunds/replacements can be made within 3 days without any extra charges & will be processed only if
  • The item has been damaged during transit
  • There is manufacturing defect and/or a functional issue
  • A wrong item is delivered to you

 There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items for the reasons mentioned above.

  1. All replacements and refunds will be initiated only after we have inspected the product on site or the original product has reached the company and defect has verified.
  2. To initiate a return, refund/replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning on support@indentnow.com. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. You must ensure to send back the material with its original packaging.We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.
  3. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. All the details of the manufacturers are available on their respective sites. You can also contact us and we may also be able to provide you with the manufacture contact details.
  4. No return, refunds/replacements will be allowed in the following conditions:
  • You have not reported the receipt of the damaged items within 2 days of receiving them.
  • Item have been used or opened and / or the original packaging has been tampered with.
  • The original packaging has not been returned to us along with product
  • The item is not returned to us in the condition it was received by you
  • The item received by us is in a damaged condition
  • The item has been sourced from outside India.

If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives. The refund will be 90% of Order Cost, if you refuse to accept a suitable and available replacement of the product.All disputes shall be settled under the Mumbai Jurisdiction.

 

 

How to use Bulk Order Pad?

With Easy to use Bulk Order Pad ,you can order Bulk Quantity by entering the Sku Code as per your order requirement , and MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) you will able to order for your products in Bulk Order Pad.

Steps to Order with Bulk Order Pad:

1. Enter the Item# Sku Number and MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) you want to Order in the Bulk Order Pad and proceed to Add to Cart and place your order .

2. You can also order in Bulk Quantity by clicking on Download Excel Format downloading Excel Format File and enter the details of SKU Code and Qty(Quantity), save the file and Upload from Upload Excel button and proceed to Add to Cart to place the order.

3. You can also Reorder the Previous Order by uploading the past order SKU & Qty (Quantity) details by clicking on Download Excel Format downloading Excel Format File and enter details of SKU and Qty(Quantity) , save the file and Upload from Upload Excel button and proceed to Add to Cart to place order.
